Chris Amundson- Lead teacher at Sparta Innovations STEM Academy

Jeff Bennett– NASA senior engineer for space station flight control system

Laurel Brandt- Licensed pilot; retired Sparta Area School District teacher who taught mathematics, computer programming, and aerospace science; museum board member

Dr. Simon Gilroy- Professor of Botany at UW-Madison, working with NASA on plant growth on the International Space Station

Fred Haise- retired NASA astronaut

Dr. Dawn Kopacz- Associate Professor of Practice in Meteorology - Climatology at University of Nebraska-Lincoln

Mark Lee- Retired NASA Astronaut, with a Master’s of engineering from MIT, completed 4 successful space shuttle missions

Oakley Moser- Teacher of physics, digital electronics, and AP physics at the Tomah Area School District

Larry Scheckel- Retired Tomah Area School District physics teacher, known as “Mr. Science”, famous for the hundreds of science presentations he has done over the years, museum board member

Dr. Liz Warren- Chief Scientist, NASA’s Human Health and Performance Contract

Alyssa Young- Executive Director of the Deke Slayton Memorial Space & BIcycle Museum
